Refund Policy

All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.


All goods sold are non-refundable, except:

  • Failed Delivery

Shipping fee paid during the purchase will not be refunded if the items are returned back to WithCyndi due to failed delivery.

  • Wrong delivery by WithCyndi.

1. We will exchange/return the items for you and pay for your exchange/return shipping fee (West Malaysia only) if we packed and shipped the wrong items to you.
2. You should request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days upon signed and received the items. After 7 days, we will not offer you any return and exchange.


The items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable, if the item:

  • Not in its original packing/packing lost.
  • Is opened and unsealed.
  • Has been used.
  • Damaged for reasons which is not due to our error/mistake.


If item needs to be return:

  • You are required to provide order number, photos or videos in order to qualify for the possibility of an exchange.
  • We are sincerely apologies if we have delivered any wrong item not as per your order confirmation. Please contact us at withcyndi.mysg@gmail.com or send a WhatsApp message within 7 days, thank you.
  • Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank/card issuer's policies.
